This exercise was part of Idea Generation and explored the question:
What if we don't remove the millet from the stalk and/or florets?

  • If the millet sits in a box in the closet for ~ a year, it starts falling off the florets by itself.
  • Can the millet seed and floret be ground together, and then either separated, or used (cooked) as a mixture?
